Privacy Policy

This policy covers Coldstart, operated by TypeReal.

What we collect

• Your funnel answers — car make, current CarPlay behaviour, chosen sound and volume. These sit in the page URL and are attached to your Stripe checkout so we can show you the right install guide.
• Payment details — collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We receive your email address, country and the last four digits of your card.
• Advertising identifiers — if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta’s pixel sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) that let us measure which ad led to a sale.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought, to support you afterwards, and to measure our advertising. We send a hashed version of your email address to Meta so it can match your purchase to the ad you clicked. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Meta — advertising measurement.
• Vercel — hosting and serving this site.

Cookies

We set one essential cookie after purchase so the install guide stays available to you. Advertising cookies are set by Meta only when a pixel is configured.
